Rye is an outline editor that I made using Lexical and Yjs. It takes a lot of inspiration from Bike. The main difference is that it is a multiplayer, real-time collaborative web app.

I made it to see if it could be a useful format for internal corporate documentation: a single outline for whole company’s knowledge system.

I pivoted off of it because I wanted to think of ideas that had a better chance at making money. I still quite like the idea, and might come back around to it at some point.
